We are established outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Because we offer services to people in the UK and the EEA, we apply the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR to the personal data of those visitors and clients.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and enquiry forms — your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the message. Submissions are stored in our website database as well as emailed to us.
  • Newsletter and resource downloads — your email address, and your name if you provide it. We use double opt-in, so you must confirm via email before we add you to our list.
  • Consultation bookings — the details you supply when requesting a call.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, and how you interact with the site.
  • IP address and technical logs — recorded by our host and security tools.
  • Cookies — see the cookies section below.

Our free tools and calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter into them are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and provide our services — necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or to perform a contract.
  • To send you a resource you asked for, and marketing emails about Amazon selling and EU compliance — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it — your consent, via the cookie banner, where analytics cookies are used.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies, including analytics, are only set once you consent through our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time using the consent options on the site.

Full detail of the individual cookies we use is in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and email.
  • Google (Analytics and Search Console, via Site Kit) — website usage measurement.
  • SMTP2GO — delivery of the emails we send you.
  • Automattic (Jetpack) — site performance and security features.
  • Translation services integrated into the site to provide multilingual content.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law.

Where your data is handled

We operate from Pakistan, and personal data you provide is accessed and stored there. Pakistan is not covered by a UK or European Commission adequacy decision.

Where we handle the personal data of people in the UK or EEA, we do so on the basis of your consent or because it is necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request, and we apply the protections described in this policy. Our service providers listed above process data in the EU, the UK and the United States under their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

If you would prefer we did not hold your data on this basis, you can withdraw consent or ask us to erase it at any time using the contact details below.

How long we keep it

  • Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honour your unsubscribe request.
  • Enquiry and form submissions — up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a client relationship requires longer.
  • Client records — for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
  • Analytics data — per the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to how we process it;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any other right, email ismail@amzppcinfo.com. We aim to respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EEA it is your national supervisory authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and security tooling to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
