Amazon is reinforcing its commercial liability insurance policy for sellers in the European Union. According to the updated Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement, the following will apply:
- Sellers with over EUR 5,000 in monthly sales must maintain a valid commercial liability insurance policy.
- Amazon will no longer require that they be named as “additional insured” on your policy (effective from June 23, 2025).
- Sellers must be prepared to upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon Amazon’s request.
